Lalo Enriquez, our founder and lead technician, has been immersed in the world of heating and cooling for over 20 years. When it comes to HVAC services, there’s little Lalo hasn’t tackled. Lalo Enriquez, owner. 20 plus years experience with all types of HVAC equipment and service. Licensed as a certified service technician. Lalo also holds a Class A contractor’s license, which is the top license available to HVAC contractors and requires extensive testing and continuing education. Lalo enjoys spending time with his family and attending his son’s sports events, chess tournaments and various other school activities where Lalo volunteers his time on a regular basis..
Shana Lively is co-owner along with her husband, Lalo. Shana serves as our finance manager. She is an experienced professional, having worked for several district judges over the past 33 years as a court reporter in both Hidalgo and Starr County. In her spare time she enjoys her position as secretary of a nonprofit organization, the South Texas Chess Federation, as well as reading, playing chess, walking and learning new things.
20 plus years of experience as a certified licensed service technician in the Valley. Experience with all types of HVAC equipment and servicing techniques, including residential and commercial buildings. In his off time Marcos enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
Tyler is a key player on the L&S team. He is responsible for keeping all company vehicles fully stocked with parts, as well as keeping our warehouse inventory up to date so that all technicians can take care of our customers. In his off time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and working out at his local gym..
With 8 years customer service and 3 of management, Stephanie prides herself in helping customers and much as possible with a bright and positive attitude. On her off time Stephanie enjoys taking road-trips with her family and a being involved with her kids karate dojo.
